FALCUN - THE NIGHT QUEEN 



"Falcun" is an old-school heavy metal act located in Kolkata, India with Aviroop Basu taking the vocal duties since this year, Samraat Das and Rishav Chakraborty on guitars, Nilavro Ghosh on bass and Debarshi Chakraborty aka Bob on drums. This act is the torchbearer of the NWOTHM movement in India in the Global Old School Heavy Metal Scene. 

"Falcun" released their official single named "The Night Queen" on 9th August, this year on NWOTHM FULL ALBUMS and has already received over 8.4K views on You Tube and still counting! The song resonates the revival of the lost glory of classic heavy metal and celebrates its victory with its beautifully penned lyrics garnished with amazing literary techniques and rhetorical devices, mind-boggling riffs, astounding vocals and phenomenal play of bass and drums, as if taking us to the 1980s in a time machine. 
They already have a full-length album named "Kingdom Come" which had been released in April, 2018 with Abhishek Dasgupta on vocals. "Falcun" has been featured recently in a Brazilian Rock and Metal Radio show along with the legendary English heavy metal bands like Raven, Iron Maiden and Judas Priest and Rolling Stones India, too, featured this act for "The Night Queen". They are working on new tracks and are planning to release an EP soon.
